Portix Global Ltd ("Portix Global", "we", "us", "our") operates an online facilitation and referral platform at portixglobal.com. We connect customers with selected independent third-party customs clearance providers ("Partners").

We are an intermediary platform and not a customs broker, customs declarant, or customs agent unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Portix Global provides the following services:

• Collection of your customs enquiry and shipment information via our online intake form
• Provision of indicative pricing and quotes
• Introduction and referral to a selected approved Partner
• Coordination and facilitation between you and the Partner

The following services are provided exclusively by independent Partners, not by Portix Global:

• Customs declarations and submissions
• Customs clearance and import/export processing
• Regulatory submissions to HMRC or other authorities
• Physical handling of goods

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Customs clearance and related services are performed by independent third-party Partners
• Portix Global is not responsible for the operational performance, errors, or omissions of Partners
• Contractual responsibility for customs clearance services transfers directly to the relevant Partner once engagement begins
• Portix Global does not guarantee the availability, competence, or performance of any Partner

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Portix Global and our Partners is accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes but is not limited to:

• Shipment details, weights, and measurements
• Declared values and descriptions of goods
• Identity documents and business registration details
• Customs-related documentation

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in customs penalties, delays, seizures, additional charges, or legal consequences. These remain your sole responsibility.

All quotes provided by Portix Global are indicative estimates only. Final charges are subject to:

• Customs authority review and inspection
• HMRC assessment of duties and taxes
• Partner review of actual shipment details
• Any changes in applicable import regulations

Final charges may differ materially from initial estimates. Portix Global does not guarantee any specific duty, VAT, or service fee outcome.

All payments for customs clearance or related services are made directly to the relevant third-party Partner provider.

• Portix Global does not receive, hold, process, or control customer funds
• Portix Global is not responsible for payment processing, banking errors, transfer delays, or payment disputes between you and any Partner
• Partner bank details are provided for your convenience only
• You are solely responsible for verifying all payment details before making any bank transfer
• Portix Global may earn a referral fee or service fee from Partners. This does not affect your statutory customs charges.

You remain solely liable for all applicable:

• UK import duty
• Import VAT
• Excise duty (where applicable)
• HMRC inspection fees
• Port and storage charges
• Any penalties arising from non-compliance

These liabilities exist regardless of any TOR relief application, quote provided, or Partner advice received.

Portix Global makes no guarantee regarding:

• Customs approval, release, or clearance of any shipment
• Timing of customs processing
• Outcome of any relief application (including TOR)
• HMRC decisions or inspection outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Portix Global's total liability to you is limited to the fees paid directly to Portix Global (not to Partners)
• Portix Global excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage
• Portix Global is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, customs decisions, or operational failures of third-party Partners
• Portix Global is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you

Portix Global shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to HMRC system outages, port disruptions, customs authority actions, industrial action, natural disasters, or changes in law or regulation.

All content on portixglobal.com including the intake form, written content, branding, logos, and system design is the property of Portix Global Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this platform without our written permission.

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data may be shared with approved Partners solely to fulfil your customs clearance enquiry. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Referral or service fees charged by Portix Global (if any) may be non-refundable once a Partner has been engaged and work has commenced. Partner cancellation and refund policies apply separately and are governed by your agreement with the relevant Partner. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

If you have a complaint regarding Portix Global's facilitation services, please contact us at support@portixglobal.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a full response within 10 business days. See our Complaints Policy.

Portix Global reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at portixglobal.com/terms. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Failure by Portix Global to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
